THERAPIST & HOMEOPATHIC PARAMEDIC

ELIGIBILITY

Pass in 10+2 (any stream, science, commerce or arts) or equivalent.
Pass in 10th (Candidate can read and write in English).

Course Offered

1. Certificate in Acupressure Therapist and Assistant Physiotherapist
2. Certificate in homeopathic Paramedic.

Course Duration - two months course including both 1 & 2 with one year internship.

The Institute views education as a preparation for a lifelong commitment to professional service. This professional preparation is based on a broad foundation of bio-behavioural sciences from which students develop the values and tools necessary to function in a complex and changing health care environment. The curriculum is designed to reflect both current trends and future needs. In addition, it prepares students not only for the current levels of practice but also enables them to adapt to future change.

Attendance

To qualify for the annual examinations, all students should have a minimum of 90% attendance in Theory Classes. Failure to complete this requirement will lead to the student being barred from the examination. Decisions of the Attendance Review Committee of association will be final in this regard.

Assignments and Examination

During the entire course of study, surveys and assignment will be given. These assignment will have to be submitted on weekly basis. The examination will held at the end of each academic session. A student is promoted only when he/she passes in assignment as well as in Examination. The pass percentage is 80% for both theory and practical examination as well as in assignment.

Clinical Training

The candidate will have to perform minimum 48 therapies, one self organized health camp and one doctor collaboration according to the guidelines of association.
