TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acupressure therapist, Assistant Physiotherapist or/and Homeopathic Paramedic(referred to as Therapist) will be allotted the work of giving therapy to the patient under the supervision and guidance of Doctors/physiotherapist/occupational therapist/speech therapist only.

2. Therapist will be asked to visit at patients home, hospitals, clinics or patients office as per the circumstances.

3. Therapist needs to follow all the instructions and work given by the doctor.

4. Key work of Therapist is to visit patient and provide therapy, and also perform promotional activity, whenever it is required.

5. Promotional Activity will comprise of placement of canopy or Standee, active participation in spreading awareness & promotional camps.

6. There will be a regular weekly meeting with doctor for patients update which is compulsory to be attended by every therapist.

7. If somebody found guilty of treating patient/ person/persons or giving therapy to any patient/person at their home or at their places without knowing/ supervision/ guidance/ informing at FHA & DMAR Association. He/she will be straight away rusticated from the job and the certificate to be issued or already issued by the Association would be cancelled.

8. Even after getting certificate candidate have the following limitation:-

  i- Cannot open up their Independent clinic or setup at home or any other place.
  ii- Cannot prescribe.
  iii- Cannot advice any investigation.
  iv- Cannot give consultation.
  v- Cannot watch/treat/or give therapies to patient/person without the supervision/guidance/information of MD Doctor.

9. If any of the above limitation found crossed by the therapist, he/she will be liable to face penalty charges/legal consequences.

10. In the breach of above conditions, clinic authorities have full right to take necessary action.

11. Association has the full authority to terminate your agreement, and expel the therapist from the clinic, if he/she been found guilty for violation of any Rules and Regulations & Terms and conditions of FHA & DMAR Association.
